These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NyceVue, operated by Good To Close LLC ("NyceVue," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using NyceVue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
NyceVue is a marketing campaign platform for real estate agents. It helps you organize listing information, generate descriptions, social posts, emails, and videos, and keep those assets current as listing details change.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and real-estate advertising rules.
4. Listing content and ownership
You retain ownership of the listings, photos, descriptions, and other content you upload or import. You represent that you have the right to use that content and to grant us the license needed to process it into marketing assets.
5. AI-generated assets
NyceVue uses AI to draft marketing materials. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee accuracy, compliance, or performance of any campaign.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use NyceVue to create misleading, discriminatory, illegal, or infringing content. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service, or use it in ways that violate fair-housing or advertising regulations.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or harm the service. You may cancel your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
NyceVue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the latest version, and continued use of NyceVue means you accept the updated terms.
